摘要
近年来,农村青年"离农化"趋势愈益明显,其原因在于城乡发展水平的显著差距、农村青年日益降低的土地眷恋感与心理依附感等。农村青年"离农化"虽然为城市提供了充足的劳动力,推动了城市的发展繁荣,同时也留下了一个日益空巢、日益衰落的农村,引发了一系列社会问题,如无人种田耕作,土地荒芜严重;无人抚老育幼,社会问题丛生;无人建设乡村,凋敝趋势明显;无人传承技艺,乡土文化失传等。应对农村青年的"离农化"趋势,需要推动城乡一体发展、加强社会舆论引导、注重农村青年核心价值观培育。
The trend of rural youth "de-agriculturalization" has become more and more obvious in recent years for the reason that there exists the significant gap between urban and rural development level, and the decreasing land sensation and psychological attachment of rural youth.Although the "de-agriculturalization" of rural youth provides sufficient labor force for the city and promotes the development and prosperity of the city, it has also left an empty-nest and declining countryside, which has caused a series of social problems such as the severely barren farmland and no care for the young and the elderly.It is also obvious that no people build the countryside which has a withering trend and no inheritor of the skills which causes the loss of local culture.To cope with the trend of rural youth "de-agriculturalization", it is necessary to promote the development of urban and rural integration, strengthen the guidance of public opinion, and pay attention to the cultivation of core values of rural youth.
