摘要
储能电站日益成为现代电力系统的一种新型功能综合体和可独立核算的经济实体。首先通过案例分析,对未来储能电站的几类核心储能技术的技术成熟度、工程成熟度和应用条件进行分析;然后介绍了储能电站的通用分类方法,并指出其缺陷;继而提出面向电力生产、传输、使用全过程的储能电站场景分类综述,并讨论了其评价目标和通用评价过程,以实现储能电站复合功能应用的经济技术评价。
Energy storage station(ESS) is becoming a new comprehensive function unit and an independent accounting entity in the modern power system. At first, the real ESS cases are analyzed to demonstrate the corresponding technology and engineering maturities and application conditions;then, the general classification of ESS is discussed where the shortcomings of such classification was pointed out;to overcome them, a whole processing oriented application scenarios classification is reviewed over the electricity generation, transmission, utilization, in which assessment objective function setting and general evaluation for ESS are also discussed to meet the requirement of comprehensive functional application of ESS.
