摘要
为了解红旗水库大坝目前的安全性态,用水文比拟法和无资料地区计算方法分别计算设计洪水,将计算结果与2001年除险加固设计成果进行对比,采用了偏安全的2001年设计成果,并用地区性综合检查说明成果的合理性。为水库大坝安全鉴定时调洪计算和现状抗洪能力评价提供了基础依据。
The design flood is calculated by hydrological analogy method and data-free area calculation method respectively in order to understand the current safety behavior of Hongqi Reservoir Dam,and the calculation results are compared with the design results of danger removal and reinforcement in 2001. The safer design results in 2001 are adopted. The rationality of the results is explained by regional comprehensive inspection. It provides a basis for flood control calculation and flood control capability evaluation during reservoir dam safety appraisal.
