南方水稻黑条矮缩病对白背飞虱和褐飞虱体内3种水解酶活性的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Southern Rice Black Streaked Dwarf Virus on Activity of Three Hydrolases in White-blacked Planthopper and Brown Planthopper

摘要 为明确水稻感染病毒病后对白背飞虱和褐飞虱体内水解酶活性的影响,本文研究了水稻感染南方水稻黑条矮缩病毒(SRBSDV)对两种稻飞虱若虫及成虫体内3种水解酶活性的变化。结果表明:白背飞虱若虫和成虫取食带毒稻株后,羧酸酯酶(CarE)活性分别在5d和24h时显著低于对照组;而酸性磷酸酯酶(ACP)活性仅在成虫取食带毒稻株12h时显著低于对照组;碱性磷酸酯酶(AKP)活性虽低于对照组,但差异均不显著。另外,褐飞虱若虫取食带毒稻株后,CarE活性在24h和5d时均显著低于对照组,但是ACP和AKP活性与对照相比均无显著差异。褐飞虱成虫取食带毒稻株后,CarE活性(12h、24h和5d)和ACP活性(24h)被显著抑制,但AKP活性与对照相比均无显著差异。白背飞虱和褐飞虱取食染病稻株后,其成虫及若虫体内CarE和ACP活性被显著抑制,但是AKP活性与对照相比虽有降低,但均无显著差异。 In order to illuminate the effects of rice infected with virus on the activity of hydrolases in white-backed planthopper (WBPH) and brown planthopper (BPH), the effects of rice infected with Southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus on three hydrolases in nymph and adult of two rice planthoppers were investigated in the present work. The results showed that the CarE activity of nymphs and adults fed on the rice of infected virus was significantly lower than that of the control at the 5 th d and 24 th h, respectively. However, ACP activity was significantly lower than that of the control group only when the adults fed on the rice of infected virus for 12 hours. AKP activity was lower than that of the control, despite the difference was not significant. In addition, the CarE activity of the BPH nymphs fed on the rice of infected virus was significantly lower than that of the control group at the 24 th h and 5 th d, although the ACP and AKP activities were not significantly different from those in the control group. After fed on the rice of infected virus of BPH adult, the CarE activity (12 h, 24 h and 5 d) and ACP activity (24 h) were significantly inhibited, however, the AKP activity was not significantly different from the control. The activities of CarE and ACP in nymph and adult of WBPH and BPH were significantly inhibited after fed on the rice of infected the virus, and AKP activities were not significantly different from those of control.
