摘要
习近平总书记指出:"加强思想教育和理论武装,是党内政治生活的首要任务。"而新时代党内思想教育对党员人格的型塑有着重大的意义。党员人格包含着相互渗透着的"道德人格"和"政治人格",具有理论性、创新性、利民性、务实性等特征。持续的党内教育可使广大党员个体明确共产党员人格的普遍内容并不断内化为自己的特殊人格,可使共产党员人格的特质在党员个体人格中逐渐鲜明地体现出来并保持下去。开展党内教育以型塑党员人格的途径,是对党员进行形象的艺术与抽象的理论的双重"灌输",用党内先进人物的"榜样力量"感召全党,弘扬批评与自我批评优良传统作风。
Xi Jinping pointed out:"Strengthening ideological education and theoretical armed forces is the primary task of political life within the Party."The ideological education within the Party is of great significance to the shaping of the personality of Party members. The personality of Party members includes " moral personality" and " political personality" which permeate each other. It has the characteristics of theory,innovation,benefiting the people and pragmatism. Continuous inner-party education can make the broad masses of individual Party members clear the general content of the personality of the Communist Party members,and constantly internalize into their own special personality,so that the characteristics of the personality of the Communist Party members can be gradually distinctly reflected and maintained in the individual personality of the Party members.The way to carry out inner-party education to shape the personality of Party members is to " instill" both the art of image and abstract theory of Party members,to inspire the whole Party with the " exemplary force" of advanced figures in the Party,and to carry forward the fine traditional style of criticism and self-criticism.
