摘要
目的观察参苓白术散合桃红四物汤治疗脾虚气弱型糖尿病黄斑水肿的临床疗效,探索治疗糖尿病黄斑水肿的有效方法。方法选取糖尿病视网膜病变Ⅲ～Ⅳ期同时合并黄斑水肿的患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组30例(30只眼)用参苓白术散合桃红四物汤联合氪激光治疗,对照组30例(30只眼)单纯行氪激光治疗。2组观察期均为3个月。观察2组患者最佳矫正视力、黄斑中心凹厚度情况。结果治疗3个月后,治疗组最佳矫正视力明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组黄斑中心凹厚度为(293.24±40.33)μm,对照组为(331.24±90.33)μm,治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参苓白术散合桃红四物汤能有效改善脾虚气弱型糖尿病患者的视力,减轻黄斑水肿,改善视功能,是治疗脾虚气弱型糖尿病黄斑水肿的有效方法,值得临床推广运用。
Objective It is to investigate the clinical efficacy of Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of diabetic macular edema of spleen-deficiency type, and to explore an effective method for the treatment of this disease. Methods A prospective randomized controlled clinical study was performed in 60 patients with stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ diabetic retinopathy complicated with macular edema. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, including 30 patients (30 eyes) in the treatment group treated with holmium laser, and 30 patients in the control group (30 eyes) treated with holmium laser alone. The observation period was 3 months. The best corrected visual acuity and macular fovea thickness were observed in the two groups. Results After 3 months of treatment, the best corrected visual acuity in the treatment group was better than that in the control group ( P <0.05). The thickness of the macular fovea was (293.24±40.33)μm in the treatment group, which was significantly lower than that (331.24±90.33)μm of the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction can effectively improve the visual acuity, reduce macular edema and improve visual function in the patients with diabetic macular edema of spleen-deficiency type. It is an effective method for treating this disease and is cheap and worthy of clinical application.
