摘要
2017年4月,福建省某规模化猪场开始出现母猪生产异常情况,产出的木乃伊胎数量突然增多,后期早产和产死胎现象也开始增加。为探寻发病原因,以便及时采取有效措施,控制母猪生产异常,开展了紧急流行病学调查。通过现场调查、临床诊断与实验室检测,推断本次疫情系猪圆环病毒感染所致。调查发现,技术人员擅改免疫程序导致疫苗免疫失败是诱发本次暴发的主要原因。针对推断的病因,提出了对母猪群紧急免疫圆环病毒疫苗的建议。养殖场实施该措施1个月后,母猪生产恢复正常。调查表明,对主要疫病净化程度较好的规模化种猪场,调整PCV2免疫程序前,应以生产性能监测和疫病检测为基础开展评估。
In April 2017,abnormal production occurred in cows in a large-scale farm in Fujian Province,including the increasing of mummified fetus,premature birth and stillbirth. In response to that,an emergency epidemiological investigation was carried out to control the epidemic by effective measures in time. It was concluded that the cows were infected with porcine circovirus according to the results of field investigation,clinical diagnosis and laboratory testing. In addition,it was investigated that the outbreak was mainly caused by failure of vaccination that was performed by technical staff's improper immunization procedure. Based on the deduced cause,it was suggested to immune sows with circovirus vaccine urgently. The cows in the farm recovered after immunization for one month. Upon investigation,before adjusting PCV2 immunization procedures in large-scale farms with better purification against major diseases,the evaluation should be carried out based on production performance monitoring and epidemic detection.
