摘要
目的分析不同的前列腺切除术在治疗良性前列腺增生方面的效果,比较不同治疗方案的作用。方法该次研究以2016年1月—2018年1月为时间范围,方便选取126例符合入选标准的良性前列腺增生患者纳入本次的研究当中,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组63例。对照组采用普通经尿道前列腺切除术,观察组采用等离子前列腺剜除术。比较两组患者治疗过程中各项指标与并发症的数据情况,判断手术治疗的安全性与有效性。结果围术期指标方面,观察组在膀胱冲洗时间、留置导尿时间、手术时间与住院时间等指标上都要显著优于对照组(P<0.05),患者手术过程中的效果得到保障,观察组在并发症方面出现了2例尿道狭窄与1例尿潴留。而对照组出现了2例继发性出血、3例尿道狭窄与3例尿潴留,并发症发生率上观察组的4.8%也要低于对照组的12.7%,说明观察组患者预后恢复情况良好。两组患者各项数据对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=0.805,P<0.05)。结论相比于传统的经尿道前列腺切除术,等离子前列腺剜除术在疗效与并发症控制方面具有明显优势,患者的术后恢复情况良好,该手术治疗方案也具有广阔的应用前景与研究价值,成为未来良性前列腺增生微创治疗方案的主要发展趋势。
Objective To analyze the effects of different prostatectomy on the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia and compare the effects of different treatment regimens. Methods From January 2016 to January 2018, this study included 126 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who convenient selection met the inclusion criteria into this study, and randomly divided them into observation group and control group, with 63 patients in each group. The control group received conventional transurethral prostatectomy and the observation group received plasma prostatectomy. To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of surgical treatment by comparing the data of the indexes and complications of the two groups. Results In terms of perioperative indicators, the observation group was significantly better than the control group in bladder washing time, indwelling catheterization time, operation time, hospitalization time and other indicators(P<0.05). The results of the patients were guaranteed during the operation. 2 cases of urethral stricture and 1 case of urinary retention were observed in the observation group. In the control group, 2 cases of secondary bleeding, 3 cases of urethral stricture and 3 cases of urinary retention occurred, and the incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.8% lower than that in the control group (12.7%), indicating that the prognosis and recovery of patients in the observation group were good. There were significant differences in the data between the two groups (χ^2=0.805, P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the conventional transurethral resection of the prostate, prostate plasma gouging out except the technique has an obvious advantage in curative effect and complications of control, the patient's postoperative recovery in good condition, the surgery treatment also has broad application prospects and research value, become the future the main trends of development of benign prostatic hyperplasia of minimally invasive treatment.
