摘要
目的分析研究型医院的安全文化以医疗质量及医疗安全的精细化管理。方法以该院安全文化、医疗质量及医疗安全管理实施精细化管理的时间(2016年10月)为分组间隔。分别于2016年4—9月、2017年4—9月这两个时段各抽取53例患者,依次纳入对照组、观察组2个组别。两组分别实施常规管理、精细化管理,观察两组安全文化建设状况评分、医疗质量评分、不良事件发生率及医患纠纷发生率。结果观察组安全文化建设状况评分、医疗质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率、医患纠纷发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精细化管理用于研究型医院的安全文化、医疗质量及医疗安全管理,效果显著。
Objective To analyze the safety culture of research hospitals with the fine management of medical quality and medical safety. Methods The time for the implementation of refined management(October 2016) in the safety culture, medical quality and medical safety management of our hospital was divided into groups. 53 patients were selected from April to September 2016, April to September 2017, and were included in the control group and the observation group. The two groups were routinely managed and refined, and the safety culture construction status scores, medical quality scores, adverse event rates, and doctor-patien t disputes were observed. Results The safety culture construction status score and medical quality score of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse events and the incidence of doctor-patient disputes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The refined management is used for the safety culture, medical quality and medical safety management of research hospitals,and the effect is remarkable.
