摘要
通过分析车载遥感接收站三轴电机全压直接启动方式下启动电流和启动瞬时功耗的特点,并对电机启动过程进行了原理分析,提出了电机在重载情况下启动,可采用变频启动方式进行优化。实践表明,对于电机重载启动,特别是采用油机供电的电机,变频启动较全压直接具有明显的优势,可大大降低启动瞬间电流有效值,降低供电电源的容量需求。
By analyzing the characteristics of starting current and instantaneous power consumption of the three-axis motor under full-voltage direct starting mode in the vehicle remote sensing receiving station,the starting process of the motor is analyzed in principle.It is proposed that the motor can be started under heavy load,and the frequency conversion starting mode can be used to optimize the starting process.Practice shows that for heavy-duty motor start-up,especially for motor powered by oil engine,frequency conversion start-up has obvious advantages over full voltage direct start-up,which can greatly reduce the effective value of instantaneous starting current and reduce the capacity demand of power supply.
