摘要
采用红外光谱仪、热重分析仪、核磁共振波谱仪等对氟聚合物加工助剂FP-1和FP-2的端基结构、熔点、聚集态结构和分子链结构等进行了研究。结果表明:FP-1由质量分数为100%的氟聚合物组成,分解温度为414.04℃,熔点为115.2℃;FP-2是由质量分数为16%的氟聚合物、质量分数为80%的蜡状固体和质量分数为4%的无机物组成的混合物;FP-1和FP-2均是三元含氟聚合物。通过性能和结构的研究,为FP-1和FP-2的应用提供依据。
The end-group structures,melt point,aggregated structure and molecular chain of fluoropolymer processing aids,FP-1 and FP-2 were observed by infrared spectrometer,thermogravimetric analyzer,and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer. The results show that FP-1 is composed of 100% of fluoropolymer, whose decomposition temperature and melting point are 414.04 ℃ and 115.2 ℃ respectively. The mass fraction of fluoropolymer,wax and inorganics in FP-2 are 16%,80%,4% respectively. Both FP-1 and FP-2 are ternary fluoropolymers. It provides reference for the application of FP-1 and FP-2 through the research on the properties and structure of the materials.
