摘要
开发了高强度茂金属线型低密度聚乙烯(mLLDPE)HPR1018HA,测试了HPR1018HA的基础物性、相对分子质量及其分布,并与用齐格勒-纳塔催化剂生产的线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、进口mLLDPE进行了对比。结果表明:mLLDPE的冲击破损质量均大于700 g,而LLDPE的冲击破损质量仅132 g;mLLDPE的相对分子质量分布小于2.30,LLDPE的相对分子质量分布大于3.03;HPR1018HA与进口mLLDPE的各项性能相当。HPR1018HA在重包装膜、三层共挤复合包装膜中的加工应用表明,HPR1018HA薄膜与进口mLLDPE薄膜的力学性能、光学性能等相当,满足用户需求。
High strength metallocene linear low density polyethylene(mLLDPE) HPR1018HA was developed whose physical properties,relative molecular mass and its distribution were characterized and compared with those of LLDPE produced by Ziegler-Nata catalyst and imported mLLDPE. The results show that the impact failure mass of mLLDPE are larger than 700 g,while that of LLDPE is 132 g. The relative molecular mass distribution of mLLDPE are less than 2.30,that of LLDPE is larger than 3.03. The application of HPR1018HA in heavy packing film and three-layer co-extrusion composite packing film show that the mechanical properties,optical properties and other performances of the film processed by HPR1018HA are similar to those of imported mLLDPE,meeting the requirements of users.
