摘要
目的探讨夫妇共同参与流产后关爱(PAC)健康宣教后的应用效果。方法 选择2018年1月至2018年6月在本科人工流产患者200例,根据是否有配偶陪同分为两组,各100例。对照组按以往方式进行术前术后常规宣教,不做一对一的咨询及健康教育服务,研究组对夫妻双方给予PAC流产后健康宣教服务。结果 研究组对人工流产后避孕知识知晓率、高效避孕方法使用率、服务满意率分别为97.00%、63.00%、99.00%,均高于对照组61.00%、45.00%、74.00%,6个月内重复流产次数0.00%,低于对照组4.00%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 在农村社区,对夫妻双方实施PAC健康宣教,对促进女性生殖健康、落实避孕措施、避免重复流产、提高生活质量、促进夫妻感情有重要意义,也利于建立和谐的医患关系。
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of couples participating in postabortion care (PAC) intervention in rural community hospitals. Methods 200 patients taking induced abortion at our department from January to June, 2018 were selected, and divided into a study group and a control group according to whether theri spouses accompanied them, 100 cases for each group. The control group received routine education before and after the operation, but no one-to-one counseling and health education services. The study group were provided with health education service for the couples after PAC abortion. Results The awareness rate of contraceptive knowledge after induced abortion, the rate of using effective contraceptive methods, and the satisfaction to service were significantly higher and the number of repeated abortions within 6 months was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group (97.00% vs. 61.00%, 63.00% vs. 45.00%, 99.00% vs. 74.00%, and 0.00% vs. 4.00%;all P < 0.05). Conclusions In rural communities, the implementation of PAC health education for both husband and wife is of great significance for promoting female reproductive health, quality of life, and husband-wife relationship, implementing contraceptive measures, and avoiding repeated abortion. It is also conducive to the establishment of harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
