摘要
目的分析探讨温肾方配合氯米芬对女性肾阳虚证不孕症的临床效果。方法将2017年1月-2019年1月到我院妇科门诊就诊的中医辨证为肾阳虚证的排卵障碍性不孕症的84例患者作为研究对象。将其随机分为实验组与对照组,两组各42例。其中,实验组患者采用温肾方配合氯米芬治疗,对照组采用西药氯米芬进行治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果经过治疗,两组患者的妊娠率对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的排卵率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的中医肾虚证候对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温肾方配合氯米芬对治疗排卵障碍性不孕症具有良好的效果。
Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of wenshen recipe combined with clomiphene on female infertility with kidney-yang deficiency syndrome. Methods From January 2017 to January 2019, 84 cases of ovulatory dysfunction infertility with kidneyyang deficiency syndrome were treated in gynecological clinic of our hospital. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 42 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with wenshen decoction and clomiphene. The control group was treated with clomiphene. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, there was significant difference in pregnancy rate between the two groups(P < 0.05);there was no significant difference in ovulation rate between the two groups(P >0.05). After treatment, the two groups of patients with kidney deficiency syndrome comparison, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Wenshen recipe combined with clomiphene has a good effect on the treatment of ovulatory infertility.
