摘要
目的观察依达拉奉对脊髓损伤后大鼠血清丙二醛(MDA)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)及S-100B蛋白水平的影响,探讨其对急性脊髓损伤的保护机制。方法将36只成年健康雄性SD大鼠随机分成对照组、甲强龙组及依达拉奉组,每组12只。采用MASCIS打击器制备急性脊髓损伤模型,对照组每日给予生理盐水,甲强龙组给予30 mg/kg甲强龙,依达拉奉组每日给予3 mg/kg依达拉奉。于造模前、造模后第1、3、7、14天行运动功能评分评价后肢运动功能,于第1天及第7天用检测血清MDA、IL-6及S-100B水平。结果依达拉奉组运动恢复优于对照组,MDA、IL-6及S-100B水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉能够有效降低脊髓损伤后氧化应激反应,减轻炎症反应,改善预后。
Objective To observe the effect of Edaravone on serum Malonaldehyde(MDA),interleukin 6(IL-6)and S-100 B levels after spinal cord injury and to investigate its protective mechanism against acute spinal cord injury.Methods Thirty-six adult male SD rats were randomly divided into the control group,methylprednisolone group and Edaravone group,with 12 rats in each group.The acute spinal cord injury model was prepared by MASCIS striking device.The control group of rats were given normal saline daily,and the methylprednisolone group of rats were given 30 mg/kg methylprednisolone,the Edaravone group of rats were given 3 mg/kg Edaravone daily.Motor function score was performed on the 1 st,3 rd,7 th and 14 th days before and after modeling to evaluate the motor function of the hind limbs,and serum MDA,IL-6 and S-100 B levels were detected on the 1 st and 7 th days.Results The exercise recovery of Edaravone group was better than that of the control group,and the MDA,IL-6 and S-100 B levels were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Edaravone can effectively reduce oxidative stress after spinal cord injury,reduce inflammation and improve prognosis.
