摘要
目的分析缩宫素在疤痕子宫妊娠阴道试产中应用效果及安全性。方法收集2017年11月—2018年11月收治的80例符合条件的疤痕子宫妊娠阴道试产者,随机分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组自然分娩,观察组给予缩宫素催产。比较两组产妇分娩方式、诱发临产时间、总产程、产后并发症情况、新生儿Apgar评分及并发症情况。结果观察组产妇阴道分娩率明显高于对照组(P <0.05),诱发临产时间及总产程明显低于对照组(P <0.05),产后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。两组新生儿Apgar评分没有明显差异(P> 0.05),但观察组新生儿并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论缩宫素可以提高疤痕子宫产妇阴道分娩率,缩短产程。
Objective To analyze the effects and safety of oxytocin on patients with cesarean scar pregnancy during vaginal trial. Methods 80 patients with cesarean scar herpregnancy in our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, there were 40 patients in each group. The observation group was treated with oxytocin. The delivery modes, induction of labor time, total stage of labor, incidence of maternal complications, scores of Apgar and incidence of neonatal complications were compared between the two groups. Results The vaginal delivery rate of observation group was higher than control group(P < 0.05). The induction of labor time and total stage of labor were fewer than control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of maternal complications and neonatal complications were lower than control group(P < 0.05). Additionally, the scores of Apgar had no difference between the two groups(P > 0.05), but the incidence of neonatal complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Oxytocin can increase the rate of vaginal delivery rate of patients with cesarean scar pregnancy and shorten the total stage of labor.
