摘要
目的探究将多层次执行功能综合训练应用于脑出血后执行功能障碍的效果。方法从我院2016年8月—2018年5月收入的所有脑出血患者的一般资料中,根据实验要求抽取120例患者开展实验。将120例患者随机分为两组,命名为对照组和实验组,每组中录入60例患者。对照组患者采用常规康复训练,实验组患者则在此基础上,加用多层次执行功能综合训练,对比两组患者治疗后的功能评分。结果实验结果显示,两组患者在接受治疗、康复训练后,两组患者的体力状况评分、情绪控制评分、认知功能评分均高于治疗前,且实验组患者的改善状况较对照组更优,认知功能评分、体力状况评分以及情绪控制评分均高于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将多层次执行功能综合训练应用于脑出血患者的恢复训练中,有助于改善患者的肢体功能,有助于患者的康复,是一种有效的训练方案。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive training of multi-level executive function on dysfunction after cerebral hemorrhage. Methods From August 2016 to May 2018, 120 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were selected to carry out the experiment according to the experimental requirements. 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups, named as control group and experimental group, 60 patients were recorded in each group. The patients in the control group received routine rehabilitation training. On this basis, the experimental group was given multi-level comprehensive executive function training. The functional scores of the two groups after treatment were compared. Results The results showed that after treatment and rehabilitation training, the physical condition score, emotional control score and cognitive function score of the two groups were higher than those before treatment. And the improvement of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. Cognitive function score, physical condition score and emotional control score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of multi-level executive function training in the rehabilitation training of patients with cerebral hemorrhage is helpful to improve the limb function and rehabilitation of patients. It is an effective training program.
