摘要
为了减小温度对I/F转换器频率造成的影响,提高转换器的抗温度干扰能力,在深入研究I/F转换器电路的基础上,采用了以单片机为控制器的数字补偿方法,在整个工作温度区间对电路进行了温度补偿。经实验测试,补偿后的I/F转换器在-40℃~80℃内温度系数达到了5.5×10-6℃-1,提高了I/F转换器的温度稳定性。
In order to reduce the influence of temperature on the frequency of the I/F converter,the anti-interference ability of the converter is improved.On the basis of study of the I/F converter circuit,a digital compensation method using a single chip microcomputer as the controller is adopted.The circuit is temperature compensated over the entire operating temperature range.The results of experiments show the compensated I/F converter has a temperature coefficient of 55 ppm/℃ in the range of -40 ℃ to 80 ℃,which improves the stability of the I/F converter to temperature.
