摘要
主要介绍了全自动平行缝焊机的功能和结构,阐述了该设备控制系统的设计方案和实现过程,提出上位机采用工控机、控制程序开发语言采用C#编程语言、下位机采用安川运动控制卡,并重点讨论了上位机和下位机之间的通信方式、下位运动程序的编写以及软件的结构功能。经过多次试验可知,该设备运行平稳顺畅,预设功能均可实现,上位机与下位机软件配合良好。
This paper mainly introduces the function and structure of automatic parallel seam welding machine, and describes the design and implementation of the control system of the equipment. The upper machine uses industrial personal computer and C# programming language, the lower machine uses a motion control card. It focuses on the communication between the upper machine and the lower machine, the compilation of the lower motion program and the structure and function of the software. Tests show that the equipment runs smoothly, the preset functions can be realized, and the software of upper computer and lower computer works well together.
