摘要
目的:研究设立护理质量敏感指标在推进普外科优质护理工作持续改进中的应用价值。方法:将2017年1月至2018年6月四川省建筑医院普外科收治的1885例患者作为研究对象。将2017年1月至10月该医院普外科收治的860例患者设为对照组,将2017年11月至2018年6月该医院普外科收治的1025例患者设为观察组。在2017年11月之前,该医院的普外科对患者进行优质护理。自2017年11月起,该医院的普外科通过设立护理质量敏感指标的方式对患者进行优质护理,然后比较两组患者在接受护理后其护理不良事件的发生率、生活质量评分及其对护理工作的满意情况。结果:经护理,观察组患者护理不良事件的发生率低于对照组患者,其对护理工作的总满意率和生活质量评分均高于对照组患者,P <0.05。结论:采用设立护理质量敏感指标的方式对普外科的患者进行优质护理可显著降低其护理不良事件的发生率,提高其生活质量,提升其对护理工作的满意率。
objective: to study the application value of establishing nursing quality sensitive indicators in promoting the continuous improvement of quality nursing work in general surgery. Methods: a total of 1,885 patients admitted to the general surgery department of sichuan provincial construction hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected as study subjects. 860 patients admitted to the general surgery department of the hospital from January to October 2017 were set as the control group, and 1025 patients admitted to the general surgery department of the hospital from November 2017 to June 2018 were set as the observation group. Before November 2017, the hospital * s general surgery department provided quality care to patients. Since November 2017, the general surgery department of the hospital has provided quality care to patients by setting sensitive indicators of nursing quality, and then compared the incidence of adverse nursing events, quality of life score and satisfaction with nursing work between the two groups of patients after receiving care. Results: after nursing, the incidence of adverse nursing events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the overall satisfaction rate and life quality score of the nursing work were both higher than those in the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: the establishment of sensitive indicators of nursing quality can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse nursing events, improve the quality of life, and improve the satisfaction rate of nursing work.
