摘要
文章通过分析“图书馆出版联盟”发布的《图书馆出版名录》(2015-2019),从基础建设和具体活动两大方面考察国外学术图书馆近五年来在使命目标、组织形式、人员投入、经费来源、合作伙伴、出版物数量和类型、出版平台、数字保存、开放存取、同行评审、增值服务等方面参与学术出版的特点与发展趋势,在此基础上提出对我国学术图书馆出版服务的启示。
This paper analyzes the Library Publication Directory(2015-2019) published by the Library Publishing Coalition and investigates the characteristics and developmental trends of foreign academic libraries in the recent five years. The analysis is carried out from two aspects:the infrastructure of publishing services and specific activities,including mission and objectives,organizational structure,personnel input,funding sources, collaboration partners,numbers and types of publications,publishing platform,digital preservation,open access,peer review,value-added services,etc. At the end,this paper puts forward some recommendations for enhancing the publishing services of academic libraries in China.
