摘要
根据技术结构化理论的基本思想,在技术结构化模型的基础上构建了一个技术结构化拓展模型,用以反映信息技术应用与企业决策权配置之间复杂的关系,并对其理论内涵和作用机制进行了详细的阐述。
With the Technological Structuration Theory,the paper has constructed an extended structurational model of technology,which can reflect the complex relation between the application of information technology and the allocation of the firm’s decision rights. It attempts to elaborateits theoretical meaning and function mechanism.
