摘要
推进军队院校教学科研条件建设是贯彻军事教育工作安排的关键环节,是健全人才培养体系的内在需求,助推院校转型重塑的具体举措。着眼教学科研条件建设的高标准起步、高效率推进、高质量发展,从建设意义、逻辑体系、方法路径入手,结合院校实际进行了切实可行的探索研究。
Promoting the construction of military colleges and universities teaching and scientific research conditions is a key link in the process of implementation of military education,is the inner demand of the talents cultivation system,the transformation is helping colleges to reshape the specific measures.This paper focus on the teaching scientific research condition of the construction of the high start,high efficient propulsion,high quality development,from the meaning of construction,logic system,method,combining the reality of colleges and universities for the study of practical exploration.
