摘要
目的 对血液细胞检验质量控制在临床医学检验中的应用进行研究、判定。方法 选取100例在该院血型相同且自愿参与研究的健康人群,选取时间在2016年3月—2017年2月期间,并实施对比分析的监测方案,对比影响患者血液细胞检验的质量相关因素,并将上述健康人群在配置不同比例抗凝剂血液细胞检测的结果进行对比,同时对比室温时间差异于结果的影响情况。结果 该文研究数据显示,在正常比例抗凝剂的条件下,健康人群的血液细胞RBC为(5.05±0.14)×10^(12)/L,WBC为(10.34±0.49)×10~9/L,HGB为(145.80±8.94)g/L及PLT为(188.09±23.93)×10~9/L。且在非正常比例中的人群的血液细胞RBC为(4.13±0.12)×10^(12)/L,WBC为(6.31±0.44)×10~9/L,HGB为(106.05±8.90)g/L及PLT为(131.14±20.92)×10~9/L,与正常比例的抗凝剂的血液细胞各项数据对比差异有统计学意义(t=3.21、5.31、19.98、29.21,P<0.05);在同一个室温下,当放置的时间延长时,血液细胞的形态出现改变,影响检测结果。在同一个室温下,其血液检测结果是具有差异的,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在同一时间的具有差异的温度下,血液细胞检测的结果具有差异,可见,其温度的差异可影响检查结果,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抗凝的配置比例差异及室温时间的差异可影响细胞检测的质量,因此在进行检验时,需把握每一个的检测环节,从而对检验结果进行保证。
Objective To study and judge the application of blood cell test quality control in clinical medical test. Methods A total of 100 healthy people with the same blood type and voluntary participation in the study were selected from March 2016 to February 2017. And a comparative analysis of the monitoring program was performed to compare the quality-related factors affecting blood cell testing. And compare the results of the above-mentioned healthy people in the blood cell test with different proportions of anticoagulants, and compare the effects of room temperature time on the results. Results The data in this study showed that under normal conditions of anticoagulant, the blood cell RBC of healthy people was (5.05±0.14)×10^12/L, WBC was (10.34±0.49)×10^9/L, and HGB was (145.80±8.94) g/L and PLT was (188.09±23.93)×10^9/L. And the blood cell RBC of the population in the abnormal proportion was (4.13±0.12)×10^12/L, the WBC was (6.31±0.44)×10^9/L, the HGB was (106.05±8.90) g/L, and the PLT was (131.14±20.92)×10^9/L, there was a difference between the blood cell data of the normal ratio of anticoagulant (t=3.21, 5.31, 19.98, 29.21, P<0.05). At the same room temperature, when the time of placement is prolonged, the morphology of blood cells changes, affecting the test results. At the same room temperature, the blood test results were different, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). At the same time, the blood cell detection results were different in different room temperature. It can be seen that the difference in temperature can affect the results of the examination, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The difference in the ratio of anticoagulation configuration and the difference in room temperature time can affect the quality of cell detection. Therefore, when testing, each test link should be grasped to ensure the test results.
