摘要
目的探讨在对进行手术的小儿患者实施麻醉时使用七氟烷的诱导及维持麻醉的效果分析。方法选取2017年1月—2018年1月该院收治的进行手术的小儿患者68例,按照数字随机表法随机分为参照组和研究组,每组34例,研究组使用七氟烷进行麻醉,参照组使用氯胺酮进行麻醉,分析两组诱导时间和苏醒时间、不良反应情况以及无创血压、心率、血氧饱和度等。结果研究组患者心率(90.63±4.87)次/min低于参照组(t=13.617,P<0.05),研究组无创血压和血氧饱和度与参照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05),研究组诱导时间(2.25±0.75)min和苏醒时间(7.26±2.44)min明显短于参照组(t=17.442,11.202,P<0.05),研究组患者总不良反应率5.88%明显低于参照组38.24%(χ~2=10.350,P<0.05)。结论对小儿患者手术时使用七氟烷具有诱导快,苏醒时间短,不良反应少,临床麻醉效果好,心率不会出现过快的情况等优点,可临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of induction and maintenance of anesthesia with sevoflurane during anesthesia in pediatric patients undergoing surgery.Methods 68 children with pediatric surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into a reference group and a study group according to the numerical random table method.Each group consisted of 34 patients.The study group used sevoflurane anesthesia.The reference group was anesthetized with ketamine.The induction time and recovery time,adverse reactions,non-invasive blood pressure,heart rate,and oxygen saturation were analyzed.Results The heart rate of the study group was(90.63±4.87)times/min lower than that of the reference group(t=13.617,P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the non-invasive blood pressure and oxygen saturation of the study group(P>0.05).The induction time(2.25±0.75)min and recovery time(7.26±2.44)min of the study group were significantly shorter than that of the reference group(t=17.442,11.202,P<0.05).The total adverse reaction rate of the study group was 5.88%,which was significantly lower than the reference group 38.24%(χ^2=10.350,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of sevoflurane in pediatric patients has the advantages of rapid induction,short recovery time,less adverse reactions,good clinical anesthesia effect,and the heart rate will not appear too fast,which is worth clinical application.
