摘要
[目的]了解团体辅导对中国学生社会支持影响的状况,为进一步开展有针对性的心理健康教育提供理论依据。[方法]以"团体辅导、小组辅导、集体咨询、团体咨询、社会支持"为中文检索词系统检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普中文科级期刊数据库,以"China student*、group counsel*、collective consult*、social support*"为英文检索词检索Ovid,PubMed中2001年1月1日——2018年11月30日发表的团体心理辅导对中国学生社会支持影响的相关文献,阅读全文后获得入组文献,利用Cochrane手册的评价标准进行文献质量评级。[结果]检索后共获得7 859篇文献,经筛选后纳入13篇文献,累计参与团体心理辅导的学生有734名;Meta分析显示:团体辅导有助于提高中国学生的社会支持[MD=7.48,95%CI(4.76,10.21),P<0.000 1];团体辅导有助于提高在校大学生的社会支持[MD=3.86,95%CI(2.30,5.41),P<0.000 01];团体辅导有助于提高留守儿童的社会支持[MD=12.62,95%CI(9.51,15.73),P<0.000 01]。[结论]团体心理辅导有助于改善不同年龄阶段学生的社会支持水平。
Objective: To understand the influence of group counseling on Chinese students′ social support, and to provide theoretical basis for further targeted mental health education. Method: The literatures published from January 1,2001 to November 30,2018,related to group conselling enhancing Chinese students′ social support,were retrieved in the CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP database by using "group guidance,group counseling,collective consultation,social support" in Chinese,and in the Ovid,PubMed by using "China student *, group counsel *, collective consult *, social support *" in English.After reading the full texts,the included literatures were obtained.And the quality of the literatures were rated according to the evaluation criteria in the Cochrane Handbook. Results: A total of 7 859 literatures were obtained,13 articles,734 students participated in group counseling.Meta analysis showed that group counseling was helpful to improve the social support of Chinese students[MD=7.48, 95% CI (4.76,10.21), P <0.000 1].Group counseling was helpful to improve social support of college students[MD=3.86, 95% CI (2.30,5.41), P <0.000 01].Group counseling was helpful to improve social support of stay-at-home children[MD=12.62,95% CI (9.51,15.73), P <0.000 01]. Conclusion: Group counseling was helpful to improve the level of social support of students at different ages.
