摘要
为解决某型重型汽车座椅失效率高的问题,采用质量工具及系统分析方法,找出了影响重型汽车座椅失效的关键影响因子,提出从设计方面对该型重型汽车座椅进行改进,并通过CAE分析方法对改善前后的座椅结构进行了应力应变分析及验证,改进效果佳。
In order to solve the problem of high seat failure rate of a heavy-duty truck, the key factors affecting the seat failure of a heavy-duty truck are found out by means of quality tools and system analysis method. It is proposed to improve the seat structure of the heavy-duty truck from the design aspect. The stress-strain analysis and verification of the seat structure before and after improvement are carried out by means of CAE analysis method, and the improvement effect is good.
