摘要
发动机冷却风扇是汽车发动机冷却系统的重要组成部分,基于PWM控制的发动机冷却风扇可以无级调速,从而在车辆运行中实现实时、动态、精准的风速控制。文章结合发动机冷却风扇失效的实际案例,分析研究了基于PWM控制的发动机冷却风扇失效的原因,并提出改进方案,通过效果验证,成功提供了发动机冷却风扇失效的解决方案。
The engine cooling fan is an important part of the car engine cooling system. The engine cooling fan based on PWM controlling can be regulated to realize real-time, dynamic and accurate wind speed control during vehicle operation. Based on the actual case of engine cooling fan failure, this paper analyzes and studies the root cause of PWM engine cooling fan failure, and puts forward an improved scheme. Through the effect verification tests, the solution for the engine cooling fan failure is successfully implemented.
