随着社会的发展,人们对于建筑工程的成本控制有了更高的要求。如何有效的控制成本是建筑企业首先需要思考的问题。与此同时,建筑工程招标阶段计价方式以及合同管理都直接影响着建筑工程的各个方面的效益。对于成本进行有效的控制,能够保证建筑工程的社会效益以及经济效益。那么,根据这一情况,本文对建筑工程招标阶段计价方式与合同管理对成本控制的影响进行了分析和探讨,同时进行一系列的阐述。
