摘要
心脏康复是一种用于心血管风险评估和管理的结构化多学科干预手段,是应用运动训练、心理支持、规律用药、改变生活方式、风险因素教育等干预方式,旨在降低心血管病患者发病率及死亡率,提升生活质量。药物、运动、双心、营养、戒烟成为心脏康复的"五大处方"。在探索中国特色心脏康复药物管理模式的研究中,中药干预管理具有标本兼治、多途径、多成分、多靶点等优势。养心氏片作为一个上市25年的心血管疾病用药,在心脏康复领域积累了较多循证医学证据,并逐渐在治疗心血管疾病的长期实践中总结出"养心理论"。结合中医理论、专家经验,同时参考现有文献制定养心氏片在中西医结合心脏康复应用中国专家共识,为临床医生提高心脏康复质量提供应用参考。
Cardiac Rehabilitation is a structured and multi-disciplinary intervention method for cardiovascular risk assessment and management,which is an intervention way of applying exercise training,psychological support,regular dose taking,lifestyle change,risk factor education and so on.It aims to reduce the incidence and mortality of cardiovascular diseasts and improve the quality of life.Medicine,exercise,psycho-cardiology,nutrition and smoking cessation have become five prescriptions for cardiac rehabilitation.In exploring the management mode of cardiac rehabilitation drugs with Chinese characteristics,the intervention management of traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of treating both symptoms and root causes,multi-way,multi-component,multi-target and so on.Yangxinshi tablets,as a kind of cardiovascular disease drug which has been on the market for 25 years,has accumulated more evidence-based medical evidence in the field of cardiac rehabilitation,and gradually summed up the"theory of yangxin"in the long-term practice of treating cardiovascular disease.Combined with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,expert experience,and referring to the existing literature,the Chinese experts′consensus on the application of Yangxinshi tablets in cardiac rehabilitation of Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine is established,which provides an application reference for clinicians to improve the quality of cardiac rehabilitation.
