摘要
以民族文化意识培养为导向,探讨西部地方高校环境设计人才培养模式改革的方法。通过构建特色人才培养体系、民族文化与教学内容融合挖掘、引入产教融合、强调科教协同、构建特色教学评价与质量保障机制等几方面探索人才培养模式改革的具体方法,达到西部地方高校环境设计人才培养支持地方经济建设的目的。同时打造自身学科专业特点,促进传统环境设计专业发展与升级的教学改革目标。
Based on the cultivation of national cultural awareness, this article explores the methods of reforming the environmental design talent training mode of western local colleges and universities. Through the construction of characteristic talent training system, the integration of national culture and teaching content, the introduction of integration of production and education, the emphasis on science and education coordination, the construction of characteristic teaching evaluation and quality assurance mechanism, etc., the specific methods of personnel training reform are explored to achieve the environmental design of local universities in the west. Talent cultivation supports the purpose of local economic construction. At the same time, we will create the characteristics of our own disciplines and promote the teaching reform goals of the development and upgrading of traditional environmental design majors.
