摘要
随着现代数控加工制造业的发展,为提高机床的连续加工效率,同时提高工件制造精度,加工中心类数控机床在机械制造中的作用日益重要。海德汉公司的iTNC 530数控系统是一个多功能面向车间使用的适用于铣、钻、镗和加工中心的数控系统。速度更高和轮廓精度更精确,本文针对海德汉530数控系统就其调用子程序的内部算法进行解析,并以实际案例就其调用子程序的方法进行验证。
With the development of modern NC manufacturing industry, in order to improve the efficiency of continuous machining machine tools and improve the accuracy of workpiece manufacturing, machining center NC machine tools play an increasingly important role in mechanical manufacturing. The iTNC 530 NC system of Heidehan Company is a multi -functional workshop- oriented NC system for milling, drilling, boring and machining centers. Higher speed and more precise contour, this paper analyzes the internal algorithm of calling subroutine in Hyde-Han 530 NC system, and verifies the method of calling subroutine with a practical case.
