摘要 根据Lagrange方程建立了天轮系统的动力学模型,理论上分析了轴承正常和故障时天轮系统的响应特性。为了验证理论模型的正确性,根据提升机天轮工作原理搭建了模拟提升机的实验台,分别测试了轴承正常、轴承故障时的振动信号,实验结果和理论结果基本一致,验证了理论模型的正确性。通过理论和实验分析可知,轴承故障时产生的冲击振动会传递给天轮及其连接部件,使天轮系统出现周期性振动,从而加剧提升系统运行过程中的振动,导致钢丝绳动张力变大。 The dynamic model of the hoist sheaves was established based on the Lagrange equation,the response characteristics of the hoist sheaves were theoretically analyzed under normal state and failure state respectively. In order to verify the validity of the model, an experimental platform of the simulated hoist was built according to the working principle of the hoist wheel. The vibration signals of the bearing under normal state and failure state were tested respectively. The experimental results are basically consistent with the theoretical results, which verify the validity of the theoretical model.Through the theoretical and experimental analysis, it can be known that the impact vibration generated when the bearing is faulty will be transmitted to the sheaves and its connecting parts, causing the periodic vibration of the sheaves, thereby aggravating the vibration during the operation of the hoist system, resulting in the dynamic tension of the wire rope becoming larger.
