摘要
附子有回阳救逆,补阳,散寒止痛的功效,古典医学中以汤剂为主要剂型,但是口服量大,口感苦涩。现代医学采用D101大孔吸附树脂柱提取的方法,以满足社会发展需求。附子联合麻黄甘草可以有效的缓解嗜睡症,其药物组分的比例变化对其毒性大小有一定影响。附子药渣的回收利用是现代中药生产工艺中的重要环节,将药渣利用在絮凝剂的生产中有一定的经济价值,有待开发利用。
Radix Aconiti Lateralis,as we know,has the efficiency of restoring Yang to rescue,tonifying Yang and eliminating cold to stop pain. The main dosage form in classical medicine is decoction but the oral dose is big and the taste is bitter and astringent.In order to meet the needs of social development, modern medicine adopts the method of D101 macro-porous adsorption resin column extraction. Radix Aconiti Lateralis combined with Herba Ephedrae can effectively alleviate drowsiness,the change of the proportion of its components has a certain effect on its toxin.The recycling of Radix Aconiti Lateralis is an important link in modern Chinese medicine production technology.It is of certain economic value to use pharmaceutical residues in the production of flocculants and to be exploited and utilized.
