摘要 通过分析中国皮革和皮草行业的现状,结合某皮革公司实际,查阅相关的资料和文献,运用PESTIN和SWOT分析方法进行研究。解决困境的关键,并根据公司所处市场环境的变化,结合自身实际,审视公司核心竞争力的构成,适当做出调整,以顺应新形势下的市场趋势,根据政府的调控措施,大力开拓国内市场。关注环保,采用生态技术促进电子商务发展,开展网络营销等。 By analyzing the current situation of China’s leather and fur industry, combining with the actual situation of a leather company, consulting relevant information and literature, using PESTIN and SWOT analysis method to study. The key to solve the dilemma lies in re-examining the composition of the core competitiveness of the company according to the changes of the market environment in which the company is located and combining with its own reality, making appropriate adjustments to adapt to the market trend under the new situation, such as vigorously opening up the domestic market according to the government’s regulatory measures, vigorously adopting ecological technology according to the current social concern for environmental protection, and vigorously adopting ecological technology according to e-commerce. Vigorously develop, vigorously carry out network marketing and so on.
