摘要
针对带有预留基座的较深水固定平台后安装立管项目的特点及难点,提出了可旋转式法兰盘管卡结构设计方案,通过设计可旋转式法兰盘解决了预留基座在建造、组对和安装过程中的偏差,最大程度降低了海上立管安装的风险。采用ANSYS软件对可旋转管卡结构进行有限元分析,结果表明可旋转管卡结构满足设计要求;新型立管管卡在实际工程项目中的顺利实施和应用证明,可旋转式法兰盘立管管卡结构具备较高的应用价值,为后续此类项目的立管管卡设计提供了新的设计思路和方法。
Aiming at the characteristics and difficulties of riser adjustment project of deeper water fixed platform with reserved base, the design scheme of riser clamp structure with rotatable flange is proposed, and the rotatable flange solves the deviation of the reserved base during construction, assembly and installation, minimizing the risk of offshore riser installation. The finite element analysis of the rotatable riser clamp structure is carried out by ANSYS software. The results show that the rotatable riser clamp structure meets the design requirements. The successful implementation and application of the new riser clamp in the actual project proves that the riser clamp structure with rotatable flange has high application value, providing new design ideas and methods for the design of the riser clamp in such projects.
