摘要
大数据对高校教学管理提出了更高要求,既要严格管理又要以生为本。文章提出构建包涵"咨询中心""帮扶中心""发展中心""互助中心""数据中心"等功能的高校"五中心"学生学习支持体系,并建立学习支持中心这一组织实体、学习支持中心虚拟空间和学习支持屋实体空间,完善"学习支持、成才规划、心理疏导、助困助学"四位一体的工作和育人机制,促进学生学习与发展。
In the new era and under the background of big data,higher requirements have been put forward for the teaching management of colleges and universities,which requires both strict management and student-centered management.In this paper,we propose to construct a"five centers"learning support system for students of colleges and universities,which includes the functions of"consulting center","help center","development center","mutual aid center"and"data center".We also propose to establish the learning support center as an organizational entity,virtual space and entity space and improve the"four-in-one work and education mechanism"(learning support,talent planning,psychological counseling,helping students with difficulties)so as to promote students’learning and development.
