摘要
本文介绍了基于可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱技术的多点抽取式氨逃逸的实时在线监测系统,该系统在1000MW发电机组进行了应用。应用结果表明,该系统既可以实现脱硝烟道不同区域氨逃逸浓度的精确测量,也可以实现断面不同区域烟气混合测量,测量方式灵活,可以准确测量火电厂脱硝工程中0~10ppm的氨逃逸浓度,多点位数据测量更有利于分析脱硝运行状态,对于脱硝运行优化调节更具有指导意义。
In this paper, a real-time online monitoring system for multi-point extraction ammonia escape based on tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy is introduced. The system is applied to 1000MW genera. tor set. The application results show that the system can not only accurately measure the ammonia escape concentration in different areas of denitrification flue,but also realize the measurement of flue gas mixing in different regions of the section,and the measurement method is flexible. The ammonia escape concentration of 0-10 ppm in denitrification project of thermal power plant can be accurately measured. The measurement of multi-point data is more helpful to analyze the operation state of denitrification,and has more guiding sig. nificance for the optimal regulation of denitrification operation.
