摘要
烧结生产过程中,燃料消耗是制约烧结经济技术指标提升的瓶颈。各烧结生产厂从设备改造、原料选取等方面都采取不同的措施降低烧结固体燃耗,取得了一定的成效,但对烧结成本及资源地合理利用造成了不良影响。立足于生产现状,文章从工艺控制方面出发,介绍了增设预筛分系统、燃料混用工艺、控制混合过程水分、厚料层烧结、热风烧结及增设伴烧烧嘴等技术,切实地减少了烧结过程的返矿,从而降低烧结固体燃耗。
In the process of sintering, fuel consumption is the bottleneck that restricts the upgrading of economic and technological indexes of sintering. Various measures have been taken to reduce sintered solids fuel by equipment transformation , raw material selection and other aspects in sintering plants, achieved certain results, but it has a negative impact on sintering cost and rational utilization of resources. Based on the current situation of production,the article from the aspect of process control, introduced the technology of adding pre-screening system, fuel mixing process, controlling mixing process moisture, deep bed sintering, hot air sintering and adding burners, feasibly reduced the return of the sintering process,thus reduced sintering solid fuel consumption.
