摘要
随着新兴技术与各领域融合越来越紧密,珠宝行业传统发展模式受到冲击,迫切需要转型。"珠宝产品销售需带检测证书"的特殊性使珠宝检测机构成为反映市场需求的信息来源,珠宝检测机构服务的反馈调查能够为行业快速转型提供依据。本文选择滇西地区为调查地点进行问卷收集,通过SPSS软件定量分析不同类型从业者对于检测机构服务工作的反馈意见,了解从业者在检测态度、检测选择倾向以及会员制需求等方面的态度差异,并在此基础上对提升珠宝检测机构的服务质量进行策略探究,为滇西珠宝检测市场的发展布局提出积极构想。
As the emerging technologies are increasingly integrated with various fields,the traditional development model of the jewelry industry has been impacted and urgently needed to be transformed.The particularity of the requirement that“jewelry product needs to be sold with testing certificate”makes jewelry identification institute as an information source that reflects market demand.The feedback survey of jewelry identification institute services can provide a basis for rapid industry transformation.This paper selected west Yunnan as the investigation site to collect questionnaires,and the authors quantitatively analyzed the feedback of different types of practitioners on the service of jewelry identification institute through the SPSS software,in order to understand the different attitudes of various types of practitioners in jewelry identification,selected tends and demand of membership.And proposing exploration on transformation strategies of west Yunnan jewelry identification institute services and providing a positive concept for the developmental layout of the jewelry identification market in west Yunnan on this basis.
