摘要
目的了解老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)病人照顾者在照护病人期间的情绪活力。方法采用现象学研究方法,对11例老年T2DM病人的照顾者进行半结构式访谈,采用主题归纳法提炼出照顾者的情绪活力。结果本研究共获得5个与照顾者情绪活力相关的主题:身体疲劳感、不平衡的情绪体验、社会生活改变、知识缺乏以及获得认可和支持。结论老年T2DM病人照顾者的情绪活力表现为身体、情感、社会及知识等方面的体验,医护人员可据此开发照顾者情绪活力评估工具,并制定干预计划,帮助照顾者发挥情绪活力的作用,以成功担任照护角色。
Objective To explore the emotional vitality of caregivers in the elderly patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM).Methods Eleven caregivers of elderly patients with T2DM were enrolled in the half-structured interviews regarding their experience of caring,and a thematic inductive approach was used to extract the emotional vitality of caregivers.Results Five topics related to the emotional vitality of caregivers were received, including physical fatigue, unbalanced emotional experience, change of social life, lack of knowledge and receiving support and recognition.Conclusions The emotional vitality of caregivers is characterized by physical, emotional, social and intellectual experiences. Health care professionals can develop new assessment tools for emotional vitality and provide supportive interventions to help caregivers exert emotional vitality and finally succeed in their roles.
