摘要
近几年,环境逐年改善,但与人民日益增长的美好生活需要还有一定的差距。人民需要青山绿水蓝天,需要良好的生活人居环境、生态环境,迫切需要加快环境污染治理。在此情况下,提高环境管理水平已刻不容缓。长期以来,对污染源的监督管理、环保执法缺乏有效的监督手段,通过自动监控系统对污染源进行实时监控,是从根本改善当下污染问题的重要途径,但是要达到最终目的,必须要大力推进部门环境监测协作,共同努力。自动监控系统是利用信息技术对企业污染源排放进行在线监控,自动收集信息,第一时间做出相应的解决方案,从而对污染源进行有效的控制,所以污染源自动监控逐步成为环境监督管理工作的一大助力。
