医学专家关键专业知识分享开发策略

Development Strategy of Key Professional Knowledge Sharing among Medical Experts

摘要 目的发现医学退休专家知识,加快知识开发周期。方法以半结构性访谈方式,选择50名即将退休的医学专家作为案例研究。进行4~16个小时的面对面访谈。在访谈基础上,概述一个有效的知识转移过程,讨论专业知识水平对知识转移的影响,以授权专家知识方式提高知识转移层次。然后,分析、记录关键知识,确定捕捉专业知识方法。结果捕获专家知识需要注重专家项目规划和管理、培养沟通、维护信誉、文化差异、说服力、判断专家知识转移机会、授权专家和指导等八个方面。结论只有突出专家知识关键区域,建立正式和非正式方法分享知识实践机制,才能成功地获取和转移知识,缩短专家专业知识开发周期。 Objective To acquire knowledge of medical retirees so as to speed up the cycle of knowledge development.Methods A semi-structured interview was adopted by selecting 50 retired medical experts for a case study,through a 4-to-16-hour face-to-face interview.On the basis of the interview,an effective process of knowledge transfer was summarized,and the influence of professional knowledge level on knowledge transfer was discussed in order to authorize expert knowledge and to improve the level of knowledge transfer.Then,methods to acquire professional knowledge were identified through analysis and record of key knowledge.Results For the acquisition of expert knowledge,special attention should be paid to the following eight aspects:expert project planning and management,communication enhancement,reputation maintaining,cultural differences,persuasiveness,assessing the opportunity of experts’knowledge transfer,authorizing experts and guidance.Conclusion Only by highlighting the key areas of expert knowledge and by establishing formal and informal approaches to the mechanism of knowledge sharing can we acquire and transfer knowledge successfully and shorten the development cycle of experts’professional knowledge.
