摘要 本文通过高铁站场市政转体桥T构箱梁施工项目,讲述了如何根据现场实际工况和施工经验优化箱梁外模施工技术方案,重点阐述了分节段现浇变截面箱梁简便快速整体纵移外模装置原理、模板装置优化设计、模板系统构成、施工控制、施工效果分析,通过特殊条件下的工程实例,为工程施工积累丰富经验,同时可为类似工程施工提供参考。 This paper describes how to optimize the construction technology of box girder external mold according to the actual working conditions and construction experience through the construction project of T-box girder of the high-speed railway station municipal transfer bridge, focusing on the principle of simple and rapid overall longitudinal external mold device, optimization of template device, formwork system configuration, construction control and construction effect analysis of segmented cast-in-place variable-section box girder. Through the engineering examples under special conditions, rich experience for engineering constructionwe has beenccumulated, which can provide reference for similar engineering construction.
