摘要
近年来,大型商业综合体消防监督管理工作受到广泛关注与重视,已经成为人们生活中较为重要的安全功能结构。然而,在大型商业综合体消防监督管理的过程中,经常会出现一些难点,难以更好的进行商户装修的监督管理、装修材料不容易监管,如若不能按照具体要求进行装修或是过分使用易燃材料,将会导致其安全性降低,很容易出现火灾事故。因此,在大型商业综合体消防监督管理的过程中,应编制完善的计划方案,遵循科学化的发展原则,创建综合性与多元化的设计与管理体系,全面提升大型商业综合体的消防监督管理工作水平,为其后续发展夯实基础。
In recent years, the fire supervision and management of large-scale commercial complexes has received extensive attention,and has become a more important safety function structure in people’s lives. However, in the process of large-scale commercial complex fire supervision and management, there are often some difficulties, such as, it is difficult to better supervise and manage the decoration of the merchants, the decoration materials are not easy to supervise. If it is not possible to decorate according to specific requirements or use excessive flammability material, it will cause its safety to be reduced and it is prone to fire accidents. Therefore, in the fire supervision and management process of large-scale commercial complex, a comprehensive plan should be prepared, the scientific development principles should be followed, a comprehensive and diversified design and management system should be created, so as to comprehensively improve the fire supervision and management of large commercial complexes and provide the basis for its subsequent development.
