摘要
地理标志是用于鉴别产品的原产地的一种方法,属于知识产权的内容范围,可确定一个成员国的领土及该地区的产品标志。随着我国社会和经济的发展,关于我国的地理标志,也处在不断发展和完善的状态下。从地理标志的内涵、特点等方面入手,探寻在发展中对其实施的有效法律保护的措施。
The geographical indication is a method used to identify the origin of a product.It belongs to intellectual property regarding the range of content,and can be used to identify the territory of a member state and the product mark of that area.With the development of our society and economy,the geographical indication in our country is also in a state of continuous development and improvement.This paper discusses the connotation and characteristics of geographical indications,and explores the measures for taking effective legal protection in the development.
