摘要
目的评价传统放松功法在社区的推广效果。方法采用整群抽样方法,随机抽取辖区内2个居委会,再在每个居委会随机抽取50名居民,共计100名作为研究对象。每周进行传统放松功培训、习练,持续6个月,观察居民习练传统放松功前后血压、腰围、睡眠及疲惫程度等情况变化。结果参加习练传统放松功6个月,居民的血压、腰围低于习练前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。睡眠满意率为73%、从不感到疲惫比例占67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论习练传统放松功对居民的身心健康有积极影响,值得在社区中推广。
Objective To evaluate the effect of popularization of traditional relaxation Qigong in community. Methods By the cluster sampling method, 2 neighborhood committees were randomly selected, and 50 residents were randomly selected in each neighborhood committee. A total of 100 people as the research object. Everyone participates in traditional relaxation Qigong training and practice for 6 months.The changes of blood pressure, waist circumference, sleep, exhaustion and other indexes of the residents were observed before and after practice. Results After 6 months of traditional relaxation Qigong practice, the residents’ blood pressure and waist circumference were lower than those before practice, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01). The sleep satisfaction rate was 73%, and the proportion of never felt tired accounted for 67%;the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Practicing traditional relaxation Qigong has a positive impact on residents’ physical and mental health, which deserves to be popularized in the community.
