防治烟粉虱药剂增效配方筛选及混剂毒力测定 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]筛选防治烟粉虱药剂增效配方。[方法]采用交互测定法和共毒系数法,对5种杀虫剂进行增效配方和最佳配比的筛选并测定最佳配比对5种常见农业害虫的毒力。[结果]啶虫脒和哒螨灵以6∶4复配对烟粉虱的共毒系数最高,达317.14,8∶2混配时共毒系数达248.94;阿维菌素与啶虫脒以4∶6和3∶7复配时,共毒系数分别为148.53和107.05。啶虫脒和哒螨灵以6:4复配,对桃蚜、朱砂叶螨和棕榈蓟马有明显的增效作用,CTC分别达235.91、210.95、264.59;对黄曲条跳甲和扶桑绵粉蚧3龄若虫也有较好的生物活性,CTC分别为177.61和188.88。[结论]啶虫脒和哒螨灵以6∶4复配为最佳配比,且对5种常见农业害虫均具有良好的生物活性。 [Objective] To screen synergistic formula for insecticides against Bemisia tabaci .[Method] Screening of synergistic formulas and optimal ratios of five insecticides by interactive assay and co-toxicity coefficient method was done, and the toxicities of best ratio mixture to five agricultural insecticides were determined.[Result] The mixture of acetamiprid and pyridaben at the ratio of 6 ∶4, 8 ∶2 achieved additive effects with CTC 317.14 and 248.94 on Bemisia tabaci . Avermectin and acetamiprid at the ratio of 4 ∶6 and 3 ∶7 achieved additive effects with CTC 148.53 and 107.05. The results showed that the mixture had remarkable synergistic effects on Myzus persicae, Tetranychus cinnabarinus and Thrips palmi Karny , with the CTC of 235.91, 210.95 and 264.59, respectively;it also showed good biological activities against Phyllotreta striolata and Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley . The LC 50 was 80.99 mg/L, 26.70 mg/L, and the CTC was 177.61 and 188.88, respectively.[Conclusion] The optimal ratios when acetamiprid and pyridaben are compounded at 6 ∶4 and it has good control effect against 5 common agricultural pests.
