摘要
纤维素是地球上丰富的天然生物聚合物,是重要的可再生有机资源,在农作物秸秆中尤为丰富。纤维素、半纤维素和木质素混合组成木质纤维素,木质纤维素结构的复杂性限制自然界中大量秸秆的降解。纤维素酶是将纤维素降解成葡萄糖的一类酶的总称,主要作用于纤维素及其衍生物,在木质纤维素转化利用方面发挥核心作用。解淀粉芽孢杆菌是一类具有纤维素酶合成能力的细菌,其合成的纤维素酶具有产酶条件简单,培养周期短,酶活力高的特点,因此具有广泛的应用价值和前景。对近年来产纤维素酶解淀粉芽孢杆菌的筛选与发酵工艺及其特性进行综述,以期为纤维素酶的生产和应用提供理论帮助。
Cellulose is a rich natural biopolymer on the earth. It is an important renewable organic resource and is especially abundant in crop straw.Lignocellulose consists of a mixture of cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin.But the complexity of lignocellulosic structure limits the degradation of large amounts of straw in nature.Cellulase is a general term for a class of enzymes that degrade cellulose into glucose. It mainly acts on cellulose and its derivatives and plays a central role in the conversion and utilization of lignocellulose. Bacillus amyloliquefaciens is a kind of bacteria with cellulase synthesis ability. Its synthesized cellulase has the characteristics of simple enzyme production conditions,short culture period and high enzyme activity. So it has wide application value and prospect.In this paper,the screening,fermentation process and characteristics of cellulase-producing Bacillus amyloliquefaciens were reviewed in order to provide theoretical help for the production and application of cellulase.
