摘要
随着大数据时代的来临,未来犯罪朝着多样化、非暴力化趋势发展,呈现出智能性、组织性、动态性等特征。面对未来犯罪,传统侦查模式过于依赖口供和侦查经验,稍显滞后且效率不足。数据驱动模式是未来犯罪侦查的应然选择,其以物质交换理论、相关性理念和数据主导侦查为理论基础,在侦查切入、启动和逻辑进路上都对传统侦查模式予以突破。通过数据收集、应用以及资源共享平台的建设,搭建起犯罪监控、侦破和预测机制,可以使数据驱动侦查模式得以高效运行。
With the advent of the era of big data,future crimes will develop in the trend of diversification and non-violence with intelligence,organization and dynamics as their features.Confronting future crimes,the traditional investigation mode relies too much on confession and investigation experience,which is somewhat lagging behind and inefficient.Therefore,data-driven mode is a natural choice for future criminal investigation.Based on the theory of material exchange,the concept of relevance and data-dominated investigation,it breaks through the traditional investigation mode in the process of investigation.Through the collection and application of data and the construction of resource sharing platform,the mechanism of crime monitoring,detection and prediction can be set up to help the data-driven investigation mode run efficiently.
